One-Pan Soy Ginger Salmon and Broccoli
This is one of our favorite easy dinner recipes! Take your salmon and pat it dry, removing any extra water and/or scales, and place it on a baking sheet. In a small mixing bowl, mix together soy sauce, ground ginger, brown sugar, sliced shallots, salt/pepper, garlic, and crispy chili paste. Spread the soy sauce mixture all over the tops of your salmon. Prepare your broccoli by tossing it in melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and some of your soy sauce mixture. Spread your broccoli around your salmon, and bake. Top your cooked salmon with the remainder of your sauce for extra saucy-ness! Ta-da! You have a delicious dinner with only one dirty pan!
Butternut Squash Soup and Havarti Grilled Cheese
This recipe is simple- take cubed roasted butternut squash, heavy cream, olive oil, diced onion, and some garlic, and throw it all into a blender and blend until smooth, and then warm it up on the stove top for a deliciously easy dinner! Havarti cheese blends perfectly with the earthy taste of butternut squash, and if you want to get fancy with it, pan fry some bacon and shallots and add them to your grilled cheese for an extra blast of flavor!
Pork Burgers with Sriracha Aioli and Jicama Fries
Grab some ground pork and shape it into burgers, and season with salt and pepper. Pan fry those until they are golden brown. Mix together sriracha and mayo for a spicy sauce and grab some Muenster cheese for your burgers! (We also love to add some crispy thick-cut bacon) Place your burgers on a ciabatta roll, drizzle your sauce, and there you have it!
Take your jicama and slice it into fry shape, toss it in olive oil, and either bake or throw them into your air fryer! This starchy vegetable tastes just like fries, and is half the calories!
Honey Mustard Chicken Kabobs
This easy dinner recipe is one the entire family will want more of! Cut your chicken into cubes and mix Dijon mustard and some honey, and olive oil for a perfect homemade honey mustard sauce. Toss the chicken in that sauce, stack it onto kabob skewers, and throw it on the grill! The honey will create a crispy char on the chicken that will make your taste buds jump! Add some veggies like mushrooms and peppers onto the skewers to add some hearty flavor!
Chicken Pot Pie
All you need for this easy dinner recipe is a pie crust, chopped/shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, and some cream of chicken soup! Mix all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and then dump into your pie crust! You can switch it up by using a muffin baking sheet to get mini pies! This ultimate comfort food is sure to put a smile on your face!
Turkey Taco Spaghetti Squash
Spaghetti Squash is a delicious alternative to pasta- and maybe even better! Grab and prepare your spaghetti squash, and while it is in the oven, pan-fry some ground turkey with onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Add in some chicken broth for extra flavor, and when your squash is finished, add your turkey mixture to it, and add a heavy handful of shredded cheese. Bake for a few more minutes to melt the cheese, and you have a yummy and filling turkey taco!
These easy dinner recipes all have very few ingredients, so they are cost-effective and quick on prep and clean up.
