4th of July Celebrations in Gwinnett County

Celebrate your 4th of July right this year! We all have been cooped up in our homes for the past year, and events are finally starting to re-appear around town! This year, make the most of your 4th of July holiday by spending it at your local City celebration. We are celebrating our country all across Gwinnett County by eating good food, having fun, and enjoying amazing firework displays! Take a look at these local celebrations and make sure you bring the whole family for this fun-filled holiday. These 4th of July events around Gwinnett County are guaranteed to bring a smile to everyone’s face this holiday!

July 2nd:

Prelude To the 4th– Lawrenceville Lawn- Lawrenceville

Head over to Downtown Lawrenceville for an evening filled with food, family, and fireworks! The fun starts at 5 pm on the Lawrenceville Lawn so be sure to bring chairs or a blanket to sit on! There will be live music, food vendors, and fun activities for the kids! You won’t want to miss out!

July 3rd:

Sparks in the Park- E.E. Robinson Park- Sugar Hill

Celebrate this holiday in Sugar Hill by listening to live music and watching a great fireworks display! This event will not supply food trucks, so be sure to bring some food while you watch the shows. The celebration starts at 6 pm and the fireworks show will be roughly around 9 pm.

Sparkle in the Park- Lilburn City Park- Lilburn

Lilburn is celebrating the 4th by hosting food trucks, live music, kids’ activities, and inflatables, and of course a stunning firework show! The event begins at 5:30 and the live music comes out at roughly 7:30. Bring the whole family as they have many kids’ activities such as face painting and balloon artists! Make sure to bring a lawn chair or blankets to sit on while you enjoy the show!

Duluth Celebrates America- Downtown Duluth

Head over to Downtown Duluth for a fun-filled evening! They will have live music, some kid’s activities, drinks, and food trucks, and you guessed it, an impressive fireworks show! Kids are more than welcome, but unfortunately, there will not be a full Kids Zone, like in the past years, this year due to COVID-19.

Red, White & Boom- Lillian Webb Park- Historic Downtown Norcross

Make your way to Historic Old Town Norcross for a night filled with fun and fireworks! The event starts at 5 pm and will have food vendors, and kids activities such as a bounce house and face painting. Stay until it gets dark and watch the beautiful fireworks show!

July 4th:

Star-Spangled Snellville- Snellville Town Green- Snellville

Stop by the Snellville Town Green on Sunday to celebrate our Country with live music, food trucks, and many kids activities! It is recommended that you bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on and watch the show. Enjoy the live bands and munch on some festival food with the family!
